Practice Information

Welcome to our practice.  We are a friendly and dedicated team whose aim is to look after your health needs and the health needs of others living in the Aldershot area.

For detailed information on who we are and what we do, read our practice booklet.  Just click here.

Our surgery is located on Blackwater Way and was purpose built for us.  We have a large car park for our patients to use whilst visiting us.  Our team is made up of 5 Doctors, 3 Nurses, 1 Phlebotomist and 14 additional part- time non-clinical staff all focused on caring for you.  Between us we look after 9,000 patients in the Aldershot area.  We aim to provide a high standard of personal care for our patients and a comprehensive range of medical services.  You can read more about us in the section ‘Our Team’ under the ‘Practice Information’ tab or simply click on this link.

We are pleased to say that our building is fully disability access compliant and has two disabled parking bays, stair-free access to the whole of the ground floor and a lift to access to the second floor should you need to access any of the specialist clinics based there.  Should you require any assistance to access our building, please phone us when you are outside and a member of the team will gladly come out to assist you.

If you wish to register with us, registration forms can be obtained from reception or printed from the ‘Forms’ page to the left.  A map of our catchment area is available to view via the link above.  You can simply put in your post code to see if you are within our area.

When you register, as well as the completed form, we ask for two types of identification; one needs to be proof of your address and the other photo identification.

Once we have registered you we will offer you an appointment for a New Patient Health Check.  This helps us ensure that all your health checks are up to date and that our records reflect your current health status.

Repeat Prescriptions

Your repeat prescription request can be handed in at reception, put in our post box or posted to us. You must allow 2 working days (Saturday and Sunday not included) for your request to be processed. Please also note that the Doctors will need to see you at regular intervals to review your medication.

You can also order your repeat prescriptions online via our Patient Access system. You will see a link to this site at the top of the home page. This service is not for controlled drugs or weekly repeat prescriptions. We regret that we are unable to take repeat prescription requests by phone.  We recommend that patients sign up to the EPS (Electronic Prescribing Service).  This means that we send your prescription electronically to the chemist direct, thus saving you a trip to the surgery to collect your prescription.

The surgery is a training practice and periodically throughout the year we have medical students attached to clinicians.  You may be approached by reception staff to see if you are willing to have them present in your consultations and used for videoing purposes. This is purely for their education, you will be asked to complete a form and you can refuse at any time.
