TalkPlus is a local NHS Talking Therapies service, (previously known as the IAPT). They offer free talking therapy for people aged 16 and over who are registered with an NHS GP in Northeast Hampshire and Farnham. They help with a wide range of treatments for stress, low mood, Depression anxiety and insomnia. They have several courses available, some due to start very soon.
