Versus Arthritis Group

The group Versus Arthritis runs Self Management Courses ‘Living well with arthritis’ locally, see the information below. These consist of 5 x 2.5 hour sessions over a 5 week period, they cover:
• What is self management?
• Effective communication
• Managing pain and other symptoms
• Activity and exercise
• Managing change

Talking Therapies

TalkPlus is a local NHS Talking Therapies service, (previously known as the IAPT).  They offer free talking therapy for people aged 16 and over who are registered with an NHS GP in Northeast Hampshire and Farnham.  They help with a wide range of treatments for stress, low mood, Depression anxiety and insomnia.  They have several courses available, some due to start very soon.  Scan the code below or look at their website for more information.  https://www.talkplus.org.uk/
